Bob Walker

Bob Walker played for Redcar Boys Club and was on the books at Chelsea

Bob Walker was connected with Redcar Boys Club as a young man, not just playing for their football team but also representing them in table tennis and head tennis. In 1951 he signed amateur forms with Chelsea. Although he never made a first team appearance for The Blues, he travelled to Holland with the FA touring side. An outside left, walker then signed for Middlesbrough. He ended his career with Barrow in 1956.
